Assistant to the Executive
Director
The Executive Assistant (EA) works directly with the Executive Director (ED) to ensure that the Center for Environmental Health's goals are achieved. The EA is the staff liaison to the Board of Directors, and works closely with the staff's Management Team (MT). Finally, the EA provides administrative support for the ED, serves as the principle point of entry for CEH staff and the public to the ED, and supports the ED by ensuring that the most important issues are prioritized.
The Executive Assistant will schedule appointments and meetings for the Executive Director, organize his incoming and outgoing communications, and assist him with projects and activities (including research and writing), as needed.

This is a full-time exempt position with excellent benefits. Salary range is
commensurate with experience.

CHANGE is a growing coalition of environmental health, policy, labor, environmental justice, interfaith, and other organizations who are working to create a better system for regulating toxic chemicals in California.

Participate and take notes during conference calls
Assist with budget preparation
Fact sheet creation
